Wuthering Waves 3.6 Banner Lineup (July 2026)

Updated on 2026-07-22: Qingxiao / Jingran combat roles and expected Phase 1–2 reruns added from the latest Mengzhou leak cycle. Names Qingxiao and Jingran are official drip. Banner order, kits, and rerun partners stay leak-tier until Kuro’s 3.6 special program.

Expected launch teams

Kuro often parks BiS partners on the same patch as a new carry. In 3.6 that means Qingxiao, Jingran, Denia, Mornye, Iuno, and Sigrika can all hit your Astrite plan inside one six-week window.

Iuno is the sticky piece. Shorekeeper fills the support slot for most accounts; other general supports work. Sigrika shares Phase 2 as her own high-value rerun. She ranks as an S+ main DPS on the Wuthering Waves tier list, and later Echo Skill buffers (leaked toward Suoming) can raise her ceiling again.

Who should skip

Qingxiao

High if you need a modern Aero on-fielder

Skip if your Aero side is already clearing Tower

Denia

High only if Qingxiao is locked and you lack her

Skip as a sidegrade if you just want “another DPS”

Mornye

High for almost every account that lacks her

Skip if Shorekeeper / Verina already cover every team

Jingran

High if you want Fusion Heavy Attack carry

Skip if you refuse HP-management playstyles

Iuno

High if Jingran is the goal

Skip if you already have her built

Sigrika

High as a standalone carry / future Echo Skill piece

Skip if you only have pity for Jingran + Iuno

How to plan your 3.6 pulls

  1. Pick one finished team. Write the exact three-slot goal (example: Qingxiao + Denia + Mornye) before Phase 1 opens.

  2. Count worst-case Astrite. One hard guarantee = 160 pulls. Two new carries back-to-back without 50/50 wins can ask for 320 pulls. Add each missing BiS partner as another 80–160.

  3. Hold through Version 3.5. Finish events, Tower of Adversity, and leftover Mengzhou / exploration while 3.5 is live. Cross-check who is still worth building on the 3.3 endgame tier list so you do not panic-pull mid-patch.

  4. Wait for the 3.6 livestream. Kits and banner order can move in beta. Lock pulls after Kuro shows kits and redemption codes.

  5. Convert Lunite only when you are ready to Convene. Sitting on unconverted Lunite across a version line earns nothing. Convert when the banner you chose is live.

How to stock more Astrite before 3.6

  • Clear every limited event and exploration chunk while 3.5 is still up. New regions pay one-time Astrite that never returns.

  • Run Tower of Adversity and Whimpering Wastes on schedule. Partial clears still pay.

  • Redeem livestream and permanent codes the day they drop. Pair that habit with the route in our Astrite speedrun guide.

  • If you spend at all, buy the Lunite Subscription first. It is the best Astrite-per-dollar buy in the shop; pack math and VAT traps are covered in the Lunite EU pricing guide.

  • Need a specific pity gap closed before Phase 1 ends? Use VGTopup Wuthering Waves top-up with UID only. No password.

FAQ

When does Wuthering Waves 3.6 release?

Community calendars put 3.6 around August 20–21, 2026, after the standard six-week 3.5 cycle that started July 10. Kuro has not published the final date. Watch the beta client and the official special program for the lock.

Will Qingxiao and Jingran both run in 3.6?

Current drip + leak consensus puts Qingxiao in Phase 1 and Jingran in Phase 2 of Version 3.6. Some trackers still flip Mengzhou order with Suoming / Hsin across 3.6–3.7. Plan for both names in the next two patches, then re-aim after Kuro’s reveal.

Why do people say 3.6 destroys F2P savings?

Because the expected reruns are the premium teammates for the new carries. Phase 1 lines Qingxiao with Denia and Mornye. Phase 2 lines Jingran with Iuno (and Sigrika as a high-value third banner). Chasing “new DPS + full BiS” in one patch burns far more than a single 80-pity target.

Should F2P pull weapons in 3.6?

Skip weapon banners until the Resonator you want is home and your second team clears endgame. Signature weapons are surplus spending.

Is Mornye still worth a rerun pull?

Yes for most accounts that lack her. She sits in S+ support on current VGTopup rankings and shows up again as Qingxiao’s expected launch support. Pass only if Shorekeeper alone covers every team you field.

Conclusion

Wuthering Waves 3.6 banner schedule rewards players who budget early. Qingxiao and Jingran headline Mengzhou, and the expected Denia / Mornye / Iuno / Sigrika reruns make “one patch, full premium teams” the expensive trap. Pick one finished lineup, bank Astrite through 3.5, then confirm kits on the livestream before you spend. Come back when we refresh this page after the official 3.6 program, and top up Lunites on VGTopup only for the banner you decided to finish.
