Requests for refunds must be made within 14 days of purchase.
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7 business days of the request approval.

that the digital nature of these products means they are instantly processed and cannot be returned.
Once a digital product code or virtual item has been delivered, it is considered used and no refund will be
issued except in cases where the product is proven to be defective or non-functional.
